The Story Behind
the Brand
The name LOL stands for Live Out Loud. More than a tagline, it's the philosophy the brand was built on. Our Founder & CEO, Cassidy Jones, followed the traditional path that many define as success—earning top grades, graduating at the top of her class, pursuing graduate education, building a stable career, getting married, and starting a family. Yet despite achieving everything society said she should, she realized her true calling was entrepreneurship. That decision to step outside the expected path and pursue her own vision became the inspiration behind LOL Burger Bar. Live Out Loud is about having the courage to define success on your own terms, pursue what fulfills you, and create a life—and business—that reflects who you truly are.
LOL Burger Bar wasn't created to become just another neighborhood burger restaurant. From the very beginning, it was built with a larger vision—to become a franchise brand that could be shared with communities across the country.
Every decision has been made with that vision in mind. From the restaurant design and menu development to operational systems, technology, training, and brand standards, we've intentionally built a foundation designed to support long-term franchise growth.
But growth has never been the goal on its own.
